HydroMaster, is a new fully automated, numerically controlled hydration
processor which has been developed by Casetech. This plant is the
first of its type in the global market, and represents world best
practice. HydroMaster delivers unparalleled economies of scale in
production. These are reflected in dramatic reduction of production
overheads, logistic costs to market and product turn around and
is currently in it’s second year.
HydroMaster leads the way with new quality and hygiene product
standards that should set the benchmark for future horticultural
products. Workers safety, production efficiency and best practice
standards were high priority issues which have been well addressed
in the engineering brief, design and commissioning of HydroMaster
HydroMaster is relatively quiet and almost dust free and operates
on an on demand production reducing waste and introducing new levels
of efficiency.
HydroMaster may be fully commissioned in a relatively small space
thus reducing plant overheads and associated costs.
