Casetech imports a range of coir products from our operations in Sri Lanka.

The Sri Lankan operation collects bags of coir from the coconut fibre processors.

The coconut fibre (coir) is sorted and graded ready for processing by our custom designed machinery.

The coir is sorted by particle size. This machine is one of many that uses our innovative technology to separate the fibrous particles into pre-determined grades suitable for a variety of growing applications..

Casetech products are manufactured with very strict tolerances of particle size, salinity and hygiene.

The precise blends of coir components are then blended and compressed using more of our leading edge technology. This machine produces our coir block range.

Coir products can be compressed to one fifth of it's normal size, when dry.

Simply adding water allows the coir to expand back to it's normal size.

This is where our Grow Slab product range is produced.

The finished products are wrapped and placed on pallets for export to Casetech in Australia.

These products leave our Sri Lankan operation and are shipped for further processing by our HydroMaster technology...
